Very stylish and witting production, minimalist stage, perfect casting, lovely costumes: the leading lady, Kate, is an enchanting  minx, and her papa is wonderfully dignified in his splendid wig. The young men are very funny, and so are the cook and innkeeper - they move from one excruciatingly embarrassing scene to the next with terrific verve and time simply flies.  One comment, the girls are a bit too willowy and the guys not quite bendy enough for the period - but that's a quibble - by the way their diction is perfect!
