Average rating:
Tears, glitz, comedy and glamour as actors rehearse for the producer, Mr Sam's, new musical. An ironic show within a show, revealing a sideways glance at Judy Garland's bumpy ride through fame. Spectacular, engaging entertainment.

Came from australia with my american boyfriend and saw the cast while pacing the royal mile. I forgot the awful wet weather of edinbugh when I saw the red glitz and feathers of the actors. Like many of my gay friends I jumped at the chance to see a musical, especially about Judy Garland. The cast were hilarious and really seemed to have a vibe between them. Great chemistry, great attitude IT CERTAINLY made me forget my troubles. Make sure you keep an eye out for this company in the future and check them out.Who should go see it.
Children, couples and gay people. It isn't your usual musical that straight men hate. It doesn't have songs in the sense musicals have instead of words - it is during the play within the play. Much better idea in my opinion.

I lovely piece of light entertainment on a damp and miserable day. Some huge raw talent and the character of Viv made me both laugh and cry. Would liked to have seen a bit more dancing and some more storyline development of the show itself, but we cannot expect a lot of everything in a short playWho should go see it.
Anyone who likes good numbers and likes watching new actors blossom
