Audience Reviews

Lever's rating

The show was unfortunately an introspective self-indulgent jumble.  Much of the material was personal to the point of being selfish focussed on the personal relationships of the duo.  The duo are a purported "Greek" stand-up comedian/vocalist - who's lively delivery, free spirit and energy far surpass her vocal abilities and comic talent - and a genuine American jazz pianist/comedian who's piano playing gave the show some momentum.  The interactions between the two were somewhat contrived and although each has a contrasting style - lively and exuberant vs understated and dry - they lacked synergy. The show was also way too long and lacking in anystrong binding theme or quality.  As a punter I felt left with little more than empty musings wondering what the point of it all was?

Who should go see it.
Hippies, pseudo intellectuals and pseudo arty types.
